I’m Coach Cynthia, owner of True You Coaching. I’m an authentic coach to those seeking to unlock their true potential. I enjoy helping others develop and grow. I accomplish this by using proven coaching techniques that will help you uncover and be your true self.
I’m employed by UnitedHealthcare as a Senior Quality Analyst and I also serve as a Just in Time Coach.
I hold a B.S. in Health Administration from Winthrop University and a certification in Life Coaching from Guilford Technical Community College.
I’m a native of SC but currently reside in NC. I enjoy outdoor walks, reading, and admiring God’s handiwork. I draw strength from my faith in God and spending time with family.
